Lesson Five
The Mantra.
Sit comfortably
in a quiet environment and with your eyes OPEN, concentrate on the point between
your eyes. Thinking through the following meditation will help. I am a soul. I am a tiny point of light. A point of living energy. In the distance I can see a distant light. I am a soul being drawn to the magnet of the Supreme As I am pulled closer and closer I can feel the peace coming from the pure tiny point of light. I can feel the deep silence I can feel my uniqueness As I get closer and closer I can feel unconditional love going through me the soul and my body I the soul am filled with peace and love I am special. I am valuable. I am a soul. A tiny point of light.
Whenever you
feel under pressure. Whenever you feel stressed. Whenever you feel lonely.
Whenever you feel you can’t cope. Whenever you feel uncomfortable. Whenever you
feel sad. Whenever you feel upset………….All you have to do is say to yourself:
Remember Me. And your brain will flick back to the pure white light. The
point to which you connect in meditation. This is the
key to being able to meditate anywhere, at any time. Just let your brain connect
and feel the peace. Just let yourself have a couple of seconds connected to the
pure light and then you will be able to deal with whatever is going on in your
life. You will see the situation differently. You see, for us meditation is a lifestyle it’s more than a once a day connection. It’s more than a connection made at a set time and place. It’s part of our lives. It’s a way of accepting that you are more than your body. You are a Soul. Your natural state is peace, harmony and love. So whenever you feel threatened or upset in any way just say to yourself:
